You may cancel or change your order if it has not been shipped yet.

We can only accept your cancellation request once we have confirmed that the order has not been shipped yet. We will then contact you by email.

What happens after I have cancelled my order?

Once your order cancellation has been reviewed and approved, you will be eligible for a full refund in store credit. See the section on "Returns and refunds" for more details.

Returns and refunds

What is the return policy?

Most orders can be returned within 14 calendar days after delivery if they are incorrect, damaged, or defective:
Incorrect: The item is not the item that you ordered. Model, size, or color is different from what is indicated on the order summary, or there are missing items or parts inside the packaging.
Damaged: The item is found already damaged at time of delivery.
Defective: The product does not function as described by the manufacturer's or merchant's specifications.
